Product & Customer Onboarding Manager (m/f/d)

Full-time / indefinite / Location: Munich

Your tasks with us:

You organize and lead the onboarding processes of our customers
You identify and evaluate requirements that arise during the onboarding process
You translate the requirements into product features and implement them with our tech team
You maintain an excellent customer relationship by regularly soliciting feedback and deriving improvement actions from it
You will assist in identifying new customer potential and help us scale the company

You bring with you:

Professionalism and a proactive approach to work
Success orientation and a hands-on approach
Very good communication skills and moderation skills
Experience in project management and a strong customer focus
Get-it-done mentality: you understand the requirement and coordinate all actions until the ball is in the goal.
